Chand, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, for being eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all the subjects and score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So you still have a chance if you belong to any of the reserved Categories. But if you belong to the General Category, unfortunately you do not qualify. You might have to look at the options of improvement exam.

Eligibility to appear for neet is to get minimum 50% in PCB. You won't be allowed for NEET exam and meet counselling. For PWD category candidates minimum percentage in PCB is 45 percentage. For St/SC/OBC minimum PCB % is 40 for general category 50% is mandatory.
