See, the basic eligibility criteria for admission in B.E / B. Tech in agricultural Engineering is that you should have completed 10+2, with PCM/B or you should have completed a diploma in Agricultural Engineering.But the things is that you have done Diploma so you will only be eligible for colleges offering lateral entry in B.tech in Agriculture.You cannot appear or get admission through 10+2 level examinations.

Yes you are eligible for that as the one who have completed their 10+2 are basically eligible for bachelor's degree and as you are holding diploma that too make you eligible for the same , so there is no issue with that you can surely pursue your bachelor's degree in engineering
