As you have only completed your B.TECH. So you can apply for TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers).
TGT shuld hve Bhelrs Degree r equivlent frm regnized University with 50% mrks r bve in ggregte nd in the nerned subjet fr reruitment nd B.Ed. r equivlent qulifitin frm regnized University.
But for PGT (Post Graduate Teacher ) you should have masters degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned or related subjects and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
you can apply for yours master or M.TECH in order to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Dear Student ,
PGT means Post Graduate Teacher . which means that you have to pursue master course to be eligible for PGT . Well, you can try for TGT(Trained Graduate teacher ) as per your education.
But , you must have to do a 2 year professional B.ed course to be eligible for TGT and for PGT , as said above M.Tech in any stream is required before getting admission to any B.ed course . The min age for TGT is 19 .
You can also try for PRT (Primary Teacher) . The min eligibility is you have to pass 10+2 and after that you have to do D.el.ed course to be eligible for this role .
