hey Hari, you can join B.Tech not only through jee mains but also you can get into any engineering college in AP and TS through eamcet exam.Some colleges intake based on your 12th scores also.Comedk,Manipal Entrance test,VITEEE,SRMJEE,Amrita-AEEE.BITSAT are various engineering entrance exams for b.tech.if you have applied any of them and written them you will get a seat in any of them.If not you have to go for management quota is last option to get into b.tech in 2019.

Hi ! Yes there is a chance of getting admission in any b.tech colleges still now. You can give several private colleges exam like vitee, kitee, BITSAT, IPU-CET, IEMJEE and other exams. Other way includes giving state level competitive exams. And some b.tech colleges admits through board marks. And the last thing is that, take admission through management quota. As you have not qualified for JEE mains you are not eligible to apply for the premium IITs and NITs. But you can use your JEE score to apply for state level engineering colleges of your state. Your state CET exam can also help you explore many state level engineering colleges.

If you didn't qualaify the JEE Mains then the only way to get good engineering colleges would be to go for private colleges either through their own exams or you can try for both private and government colleges using state Engineering exams like WBJEE, UPSEE.
