Yes, NIOS or other open school candidate can apply for NEET & AIIMS Entrance Exam. As per the eligibility for NEET you should have minimum 50% Aggregate score in Physics, chemistry & Biology as a General category and to apply for AIIMS you should have minimum 60% as a General & OBC category & 50% as SC, ST category.
