Iam ECE got in VIT VELLORE & also CSE got in Mahindra university, Hyderabad, but iam confuse to take the admission in which college? Please advise to me, sir

Computer science and engineering is always the most preferred at any institute and same is the case in Mahindra university. The placement records are good with average package around 4.5 lacs with 80 percent placements. Well in comparison to the engineering rankings it falls well sort to Vit. In my personal opinion you should prefer VIT if any ECE seat is available till third category else turn to Mahindra university for CSE.
