In 2018, the BDS cut off for government dental colleges was 525 for OBC cnadidates. So if the trend continues, you do have a chance to secure a seat in a govt. dental college.
Also, you can secure a seat for MBBS in Motilal Nehru College, Allahabad and Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College as they had 465 and 429 marks as their cut-offs in 2018, for OBC candidates.

Last year, a score of minimum 525 was required to fetch one a seat in the Faculty of dental sciences, Lucknow in obc category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
