Iam from Andhra Pradesh. I have completed 6 to 9 in Anantapur and 10 to 12 in khammam which is in telangana.Which is my local area?

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you your considered local area will be your birth place because that is the place where you belong but if you don't have one the your 10th,12th passing area that is khammam will be considered as your local area.
