Atfirst lots of congratulations for your result and wishes for your future life. You have not mentioned your category so I assume you as an general category candidate.  I am afraid to inform you that with your score your chances in All India  counselling are almost negative for the 15% seats . However judging from trends of previous years you can get some of  medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh by state counselling for 85 % seats  . However you will not get any government college. Some of private colleges you can get ( although you can miss these by close call that is negligable marks difference) are
