Iam from haryana but now iam studying in delhi in class 12th. Am i supposed to get haryana state quota in neet ug?

Yes, you will get state quota of Hariyana. Since, you basically belong to Hariyana so you can only make your domicile certificate from your block/other authority of hariyana. A candidate can make domicile certificate of that state of where he is permanent resident.
