KCET is only available for candidates holding the domicile of Karnataka. If you don't have the documents to prove that you have the domicile of Karnataka,then you cannot apply.
The basic eligibility criteria includes that the candidate should have studied and passed from a recognised institution of Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of seven years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1 of the exam year.

Sibin, KCET is the entrance examination for admission to Engineering, Agricultural, Pharmaceutical and Farm sciences for Candidates belonging to Karnataka and those who hold Karnataka's domicile. If you are from Keral and do not hold Karnataka domicile, then you cannot appear for KCET. You can appear for COMEDK.
