IAM FROM MAHARASHTRA AM A NEET ASPIRANT(DROPPER) 2021 MY AADHAR AND CASTE CERTIFICATE IS OF MAHARASHTRA. BUT I COMPLETED MY STUDIES IN TELANGANA FROM NURSERY TO 12th CLASS. SO, IN WHICH STATE AM I ELIGIBLE FOR STATE COUNSELLING AND HOW IT WORKS PLEASE REPLY ME. AS IAM THINKING ABOUT IT VERY MUCH

According to Maharashtra government- student should have the domicile of state and must do his/her 10th and 12th from that state to be eligible for 85% state Quota.
So you have to give your board exams in Maharashtra to be eligible for state domicile.
Few states like Gujrat have the rule of minimum 10 years residence in the state and this is considered as their state of domicile.
