Hi
BC -E is a subcategory of OBC in many states at state level.
Now,
As per neet information brochure 2021 those who belong to OBC ncl category at state level but are not in the centre list need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.
So,
Whether you should choose OBC NCL while filling Neet application form or not depends upon whether you are in the central list of OBC NCL or not. The link for the central OBC ncl list is provided below
Central list :
http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx
Thus, if you are in the central list of OBC NCL then only choose OBC NCL as your category Otherwise you must choose general category .
Even if you are not in the central list of OBC NCL then you need to choose general category but still in your state counselling you will be able to choose BC-E as your category as in state counselling categories are there ae per that particular state
