Hello dear

463 marks was needed in neet last year

for a seat in Stanley Medical College, Chennai for a student of sc category  under all india quota .

Your score is 414 marks in neet this year ,

plus this year neet paper was quite easy

so chances are that cut off may get a hike .

So dear your chances are low to get a seat in Stanley Medical College, Chennai.

Thankyou

Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.

Yes there are chances yet I suggest you to wait for the result as this year paper was bit easy so the cut off increase and so no of admission also increase

Good luck for your future
