For pursuing MBBS, marks does not matter. To join or pursue MBBS you have to crack the entrance exam for graduation.
You have to prepare yourself for the entrance and make your basics stronger of class 11th and 12th , which will be a great help.
The most common exams for MBBS are NEET and AIMs.
You have to fill the online form from the website with all documents before deadline. You will receive a admit card for the centre of examination.

Yes, you can appear for the MBBS exam after 12th class as the eligibility criteria for the same is as under-
1. Candidates who have passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing a minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates) are eligible to apply.
