Let us first see the previous year cut offs to get a Government MBBS Seat (via OBC Category) -
1. Via 15% All India Quota -
2. Via 85% State Quota (Kerala, as based on your profile info) -
Since cut off varies from year to year (as it depends on difficulty level of question paper, number of candidates, number of newly opened colleges), a safe score (for this year) would be 615+ to get a Government MBBS college via OBC Quota. So with a score of 590 marks, it is difficult to get a Government MBBS Seat.

Hello Aspirant.
Hope you are doing well.
There are chances of you to get the admission in the government medical college with 590 marks . But the cut off varies every year so maybe you'll get the admission because cut off depends upon various numbers of factors such as the difficulty level of exams, no of candidates, etc. But the cut off for the reserved category is comparatively low than the cut off of unreserved category.
GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.
Thankyou.
