It is not possible to indicate the exact marks. A rank is alloted to a candidate based on his/her score in EAMCET, marks scored in group subjects in class 11 and class 12, normalised score, number of candidates appeared, category etc. Analysing the previous year trends your rank might be in between 5000-10000. It may change depending on the above mentioned factors.
