Yes.. very easily.. you will get a mbbs seat in ST category if you score 300+ marks in neet ug through state quota counselling of karnataka..

Sir  belongs to Telangana state and asked govt seat in Karnataka...do he have chances or not

This score is quite low even for ST category. I advise you to aim for at around 450 at least. Then, you might have chances. However, you still have chances with this score in state quota.

For SC category try scoring around 350-370marks in NEET and you will get a seat

It is not easy to predict your rank and possibility of cracking NEET-UG. Try scoring atleast 450-500 even though you are  from ST category!

Higher marks will fetch you better rank!
