I would like to inform you that you have scored a decent amount of score in one of the most difficult competetion exams of the country, but i am sorry to inform you that as AP is already a very competetive state so to get a seat at this rank is very difficult so you need to either drop to get admission in the same state or you can apply for some other states as you might get a seat there.
Some of the other states can be like the Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka.

You got 350 marks out of 720 in NEET and your are belongs to sc category. The cutoff will change every year as per the expected cutoff of neet 2020 for state quota is 440-450 and I think you know about the state quota 85 % through this you chances are low. Normally the cutoff is based on some aspects like no.of applicants, top marks, pass percentage like that based on this the cutoff will be prepared and this year the competition is also so high because aiims and jipmer also cancelled. They also considering NEET marks for allotment of seats.

As per previous year cut off, you cannot get a free seat with 350 marks in any medical college or dental colleges in AP. But you can try for b-category seat in private colleges or deemed universities .
