Last year for BC category candidates and for state quota seats, the cutoff for most govt. medical colleges in Telangana was above 415 marks.
So, with 403 marks, you might not be able to get a seat there but cutoffs also vary each year so hope for the best.
You might get into some private medical colleges like S.V.S. Medical College, Mahaboobnagar, Chalmeda Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar.
