Iam getting cse with specialization in information security in vit vellore campus.....should I take it? is it worth it? will big companies like microsoft , amazon..etc allow me to sit in placement?

Yes, ideally there is no restriction by any of these companies for any of the CSE Specialization and are allowed to sit along with IT, CSE as well as ECE Students.
Secondly, Information Security is a subject attaining wide importance today. Data Security, Cyber Vigilance, Ethical Hacking, Big Data and Information Science are effective fields of interests.
