iam going to write entrance exam for MA Economics Intgrated Programme in Central univesrsity Tamilnadu, can i apply for Hydrabad, karnataka, Andhra, and Kerla central university .

Under CUCET, admission is done for central university of Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh of all the options you mentioned,
however Integrated MA Economics is only offered in Central University of Tamil Nadu, while Integrated MSc Economics is offered in Central University of Rajasthan and BASE, Bangalore and BSc(Hons) Economics only is offered in Central University of Andhra Pradesh, and BA(Hons) Economics is offered in Central University of Karnataka.
Hyderabad Central University or Hyderabad University conducts its own entrance test for admission of integrated MA Economics, it's not done through CUCET.
