The eligibility criteria to apply for KVS TGT English post is that you must have passed 4 year Integrated Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with minimum 50% aggregate marks in the concerned subject as well as overall aggregate marks or must have passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with overall minimum 50% marks or above and minimum 50% aggregate in the concerned subject. You must have studied English in all three years of the course. And must have passed B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized University. Must have passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET Paper-II) conducted by CBSE. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium is must. Knowledge of Computer application is desirable.

As per the given criteria you are not eligible to apply for KVS TGT English post as you haven't studied English in the final year of the qualifying examination.
