Hi tarun Kumar, I would give the views for both. You can just have a look and then decide .
Mtech AI - future is really good but it's still a developing field in india. To be frank, machine learning, deep learning, neural networks are the fields with high demand. But now machine learning with artificial intelligence has become a demanding one. So if you choose mtech, go for the better college like iiit,  or iisc etc
Ms AI - since the current trend is going really fast, as in in other countries AI has become a really demanding field. As a professional and getting ms done from a good university with some experience, you can get a really good salary.
