Regular revision, Completion of Syllabus and Answering Test Series is the only way to get over this. Keep yourself engaged with Preparation, besides revision by following some Crash Course Material like Resonance Rank Booster. I was in your place at one time, and I even used to get these anxiety attacks, because jee is so important for students like us, we have given everything to crack it. But confidence comes from within and no other person can help you in that. Imagine yourself studying at one of the iit's/nit's, I used to do the same and it gave me a lot of confidence, I was able to concentrate more on studies and had a lot more energy. Don't let yourself get into the negative thoughts, I know it's difficult, every second you get a thought that what would happen if I'm not able to crack it. But being an Nit'ian i think I could help you out in this. Just think positive and focus on the upcoming examination and give your best, don't think about the results, just buckle up and strive hard for your dreams.
