The CGPET form was to be released on 22nd April but due to the pandemic case rise the application form release is postponed. I recommend you to keep visiting the official websites for new updates or you can click on 'get updates' on this website- https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/cg-pet-application-form
as it keeps updating regularly.
