Under 'Amma Vodi Scheme' financial assistance is provided to below poverty line household irrespective of category to provide each mother or recognized guardian in the absence of mother, who is below poverty line household, irrespective of the category and religion to provide education to children from Class I to XII (Intermediate Education) studying in recognized Government, Private Aided and Private Unaided schools/ Junior Colleges/ Residential Schools/Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The amount will be provided to the mother of the child/Children or guardian in the absence of mother.
So this scheme is not applicable for undergraduate study. Hence, you are not eligible to apply for this scheme whether or not you qualify in AP EAMCET. Jagan Anna Vidya Deevena provides financial assistance to the candidates studying in undergraduate courses such as

- ITI
- Polytechnic
- MCA
- B.Ed
- M.Tech
- M.Pharmacy

- And Other Degree/ PG Courses
You need to join under convener quota to be eligible for this scheme provided you must fulfill the eligibility requirement. Candidates joining under Management quota and NRI quota are not eligible for this scheme. So without qualifying in AP EAMCET you are not eligible to apply for this scheme.
