If we take into consideration the previous year data,you don't seem to have much chances to get a MBBS seat under ALL India Quota as well as state Quota. However,you do have chances in self-financing Medical colleges like Azeezia Medical College.

However,every year the cutoffs change depending upon the availability of seats,difficulty of the question paper,number of apppeared candidates,category etcetera.

Hello dear student, it would be great if you could just share your marks but anyways in Kerala it would be difficult for you to get admission with this rank as 15173 is expected to be the last rank of a candidate to fill the last seat that to in BDS government college. So it would be difficult for you to fetch a good seat at any medical college in Kerala. While you might can apply somewhere else in India there's a probability that you get a seat.
