Hello Fatima!
The syllabus distribution of Telugu Academy books are almost same as NCERT textbooks and they are decent enough. However, if it is possible, I would suggest you to study theory from NCERT textbooks only. Since NTA sets paper based on NCERT textbook, it is preferbaly better according to me. Once you have understand theory part, you need to solve lots of problems and practice. for that, HC Verma, DC Pandey are the popular choices. These are advanced level books but with excellent content. You have slightly easier options like Arihant and MTG. For chemistry, OP Tondon for organic and physical chemistry is the most preferred. MTG is also a very good option for chemistry and it covers all the topics too. For biology, NCERT textbook is the most important book. You need to study line by line from it.

For NEET first and foremost thing is that try to cover NCERT test book and study thoroughly. You can also be suggested to follow the state board based textbooks but you need to practice MCQ from Arihant or mtg. For Chemistry Dinesh Objective chemistry can be followed. Arihant Chapterwise-Topicwise is the best for practicing MCQ. Try to attend mock tests organized by several coaching institutes. For advanced studying of Physics you can follow Textbook of Physics by H.C Verma. Hope it would be helpful.
