hello aspirant,
you may give ielts, toefel exams. there are many candidates who are going in USA, australia, germany for ms in engineering . some people go for 2 years mtech degree, some goes for mtech+phd 5 years programme. it is really important to have a good college for doing master, unless you will also face the unemployment problem even after doing masters. so first of all research about colleges and criteria, fees details etc.
