Hello gopal,

I think if there is no rank you can't apply counselling because they have mentioned in notice

23-10-2020 1 20000
24-10-2020 20001 50000
25-10-2020 50001 80000
26-10-2020 80001 110000
27-10-2020 110001 Last Rank

If there is no rank how can you apply.

I think today they will release phase 2 results.
