iam sc candidate my gate score is 277 which is a low score to admission.i applied for ap pgecet .can i get andhra unversity???

Yes, you can give it a try no problem but I would Suggest you apply for NIT's because there are many Decent NIT's you can get with this score and try applying for NIT's
why only Andra University? there are many good Universities than Andra University
