As you are from SC and your category rank is 31833,so i supposed you all india rank would be under 1.5 lakh and with this rank you can get good goverment college with you home syate quota or may be a NIT college if you are interested.You should firstly apply for all the best goverment college of your state in whuich you want to take admikssion along with the branches you want to take and along with that you can apply for NIT colleges also but there are less chances of getting it.Still you should apply for NIT also.
