The Stage-I of the NTSE is conducted by the respective States/UTs. As you haven't disclosed the State/UT from where you belong, so, I'll be giving you the link containing the details about all the Liaisoning Officers of all the States/UTs. You need to Contact your State/UT Liaison/Nodal Officer as they will be providing you the form.
