It would be difficult to provide you the qualifying score or rank as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time and rank will be based on NTA percentile score. Based on this score your probable rank will be 194,443 - 224,443 and your probable category rank range will be 3150 - 3450, With this rank the chances are there to get a seat in NITs but chances are less to get the core branches.
