Looking at the previous year JEE mains cutoff for ST category, you have good chances of getting good NIT colleges and IIIT in India. The required percentile score for ST category to get NIT in JEE mains is around 85-90. So, you have good chances of getting these below listed colleges under this percentile Score :

NIT Arunachal pradesh
