Hello,
You can't persue both the degree courses at the same time.You can persue only one at a time. As you have mentioned that have already joined b.com cooperation and appearing in 1st year so now what you cant join b.com computer application.I would suggest you to keep learning what you already are and don't fluctuate your mind.
