Hello Aspirant,
Engineering and CA are two entirely different fields of study. Of course you can do both courses simultaneously, but it might be very difficult to manage unless you have exceptional time management skills, energy and most importantly good grasping power. In B.Tech/B.E course, you will have tones of portions to cover along with practical and theory assignments. And CA requires either self preparation or coaching . You need to work extra hard to clear CA exams. So if you are confident about managing both, then you may go for it .You should see to it that you do not flunk engineering because of CA preparation, you must be able to divide your attention accurately for both. On the other hand , a safer option would be to pursue CA after finishing engineering . Also one other thing is that, when you join coaching along with engineering, you would basically be taking up CA after 12th, so you will have to prepare and clear CPT first. But once you finish graduation with more than 55% , you can directly enter CA intermediate level, so accordingly you can decide.
