Hello STudent

Nowadays this  type of situation is arising in  case of most of the universities in private sector. This situation is certainly create a deplorable situation  out that arising out of unconditional facts. For indirect complain you may go for consumer forum and tell your complaint and problem there. For direct complaint you can prefer your complaint to the board of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. Contact them and telephone them to complaint directly your problem they will take surely drastic action against your college authority.

Another alternative is to file RTI aganst your college Board of authority. You will surely find the positive result of your complain don't keep silent and contact them continuously.

Hope this is helpful.
