Iam studying second year in medical school in phillipines, can i subscribe prepladder now itself for both fmge and academic preparation....or i should subscribe in final year for only fmge preparations.

I would suggest you that you start your FMGE preparations in you final year in whatever platform you wish to subscribe to. Because, your academic profile is also important and you should give most of your time to that.
