First of all, I would like to clear that you won't be getting a seat in any IIT with a rank in JEE Mains CRL rank. You need to qualify JEE Advance for that.



Now coming to your question. Being from AP makes you eligible for supernumerary seats in NIT Warangal and going by the previous year trends, you might get lower branch like Metallurgy and Biotechnology. While the NIT Calicut, which you referred as Cochin, can give you more branches but most of them are lower ones like Biotechnology, production, etc. I would suggest you to fill them in this order only in JoSAA  i.e NITW then NITC.
