The eligibility requirements and other allied matters relating to admission to the Under Graduate School is to be decided by the Academic Council from time to time. The eligibility requirements are subject to change. Normally these are considered and approved by the Academic Council while finalising the admission policy prior to conducting the entrance examination for each academic session. There are no UG programs offered IARI.IARI, New Delhi offers admission to Post Graduation in various streams of agriculture and Post Doctorate degrees too.

All Students get admitted at IARI based on an All India Competitive exam for JRF (for PG)/ SRF(for Ph.D.) and non-JRF seats.
