IBPS clerk exam 2018 had already released its notification on 18th Sep 2018 and had completed its prelims exam and going to have mains on 20th January 2019,

and year 2019 notification yet has not released but you can stay tuned on its official website,

IBPS Clerk exam notification is likely to be released in September 2019. The online application form will be made available in October 2019. The preliminary exam will be conducted in December 2019. The mains exam will be conducted in January 2020.

the ibps clerk notification has been issued from sept 2018.the exams going to held on jan 20 2019.
