ICAR Exam is accepted by colleges all over India. JET Exam is state- level exam. If you want to explore more about this college. Then go for ICAR Exam because it is accepted all over India so you may get a better college than in rajasthan & JET Exam will provide you college in Rajasthan only.

Its totally your decision.
