Hi,
For biology you just have to study ncert , no need to go for other reference books , the paper will be simple than neet exam.
Important chapters for chemistry include mole concept , electrochemistry , equilibrium , Aromatic compounds , aldehydes , ketones and Carboxylic acid. For inorganic chemistry focus mainly on p block elements and transition elements.
For physics go through all curves of velocity and acceleration, young modulus of elasticity, force , torque , buoyancy , electric and magnetic effects of current, Lenz law , potential difference , quantization of charge , lenses and their combination, dopplers effect , refraction , diffraction, total internal reflection .
These are all important topics so do prepare them.
