Yes dear, B.Ed programme is also available in Distance mode these days at Jamia Millia Islamia University (JMI) and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
1. Jamia Millia Islamia University-
- Entrance Exam- JMI B.Ed entrance
- Total Seats- 200
- Total Fees- 50k
- Duration- 2 to 5 years
- Eligibility- Graduation with 50% aggregate/ Post Graduation with 55% aggregate+ NCTE recognised face to face mode certificate
2. Indira Gandhi National Open University-
- Entrance Exam- IGNOU B.Ed entrance
- Total Seats- 200
- Total Fees- 50k
- Duration- 2 to 5 years
- Eligibility- Graduation with 50% aggregate/ Post Graduation with 55% aggregate+ NCTE recognised face to face mode certificate+ in service elementary school compulsion.
Both the universities are Central Government based and offer NCTE recognised B.Ed programmes. Both haa same duration of intership however IGNOU has more competition than JMI.
