Stipend for IDBI Assistant Manager, Grade A (Training Period)
The one-year PGDBF programme for IDBI Assistant Manager Grade A recruiting is divided into two parts:
- Classroom instruction for nine months.
- A three-month on-the-job training programme (internship at a bank branch).
During the training period, you will be paid a stipend.
- During the nine months of classroom training, candidates are entitled to INR 2,500 per month.
- After finishing their classroom training, they will be required to participate in a three-month internship or on-the-job training. For the internship, they will be awarded a monthly stipend of 10,000/-.
Salary Structure for IDBI Assistant Manager Grade A
- When a student completes the course and joins the banks as an Assistant Manager, his or her monthly basic pay will be 36,000/- in the pay scale of 36000-1490(7)-46430-1740 (2) –49910–1990(7)–63840.
- Pay scales, allowances, reimbursements, perquisites, and other terms in effect when you join, as well as those that may be changed from time to time.

Salary Allowances for IDBI Assistant Managers
- Accommodation Allowance: This option can be used instead of HRA. The Official Accommodation/Bank Quarter is also available for leasing from banks.
