Hello Student ,

  • Identification : It is the finding of correct name and place of an organism is a classification system., it is done using keys. This is carried out by determining similarities with already known organism.
  • Nomenclature : It is process of assigning a distinct and proper name to an organism so that they can be easily recognized and differentiated from others.
  • Classification : it is the placement of an organism or a group of organism in categories according to a unique system which is based on easily noticeable fundamental characters and in conformity within the nomenclature system.
