If you were alloted a seat in the 1st round then you were required to deposit 40k.

Yes ,you still have the option to go for spot counselling.It will be held after sliding round which will take place after the 3rd round.
Can we go to dwarka office and make it work for 3rd round or there is no chance?

If you haven't paid the 40000 in 1st round then it's alright thats probably because you did not want the choice of college you were given in the first list.
You definitely have two more rounds in the second and the third round for choosing the college of your choice,also there is a spot counselling session after these three lists which can satisfy your choice of college if these three lists aren't able to do so.
