Correct Answer: 500%

Solution : Given: 20% of $(x + y)$ = 30% of $(x - y)$
⇒ $\frac{20}{100}×(x+y)=\frac{30}{100}×(x-y)$
⇒ $2x+2y=3x-3y$
⇒ $x=5y$
⇒ $\frac{x}{y}=\frac{5}{1}$
Required percentage = $\frac{x}{y}×100=\frac{5}{1}×100=500$%
So, $x$ is 500% of y.
Hence, the correct answer is 500%.
